Premium Birch Plywood UV Clear Coated B/B INT 2440x1220 mm

Birch Plywood B/B on interior glue (MR glue) coated with three layers UV-hardened transparent coating.

Description: Birch plywood is harvested in the northern regions of Europe. Due to frosts, this plywood has very light natural colour.

It composes of 1.2-1.6 mm thick core birch plies by cross bonding with melamine urea glue (interior glue, no visible glue line), overlaid with birch veneer of 0.3mm thick on both sides.

This is a high-quality structural and decorative material. The surface is sanded on both faces and coated with UV-hardened coating.

Appearance grades of the Birch Plywood:

B (Premium Grade) Practically without defects. Discoloration is allowed up to 15% of the sheet surface.

Applications: interior, architectural design, interior furniture, cabinets, joinery, wall lining, caravan and campervan walls lining & furniture/cabinets, decorative and structural applications, staircase, partitions, space dividers, DIY and hobby projects.

Composition: 9mm- 7 plies, 12mm - 9 plies, 15mm-11 plies, 18mm-13 plies
Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5mm

Each sheet is vacuum-packed in a clear film to avoid mechanical damage during transportation and further processing.
