Black Stained Birch Plywood 2440x1220x12mm

Black Stained Birch Plywood known for its fine grain. Cross-bonded birch plies provide excellent strength and stability, with both faces sanded smooth for a refined finish.

Grade: B/BB – minor repairs and colour variation allowed.
Finish: Black Stained one side and edges. Staining is Zero VOC.
Glue type: Phenol-formaldehyde (exterior WBP).

Description: Birch plywood is harvested in the northern regions of Europe. Due to frosts, this plywood has a very light natural colour.

It composes of 1.4mm thick birch plies by cross bonding with phenol-formaldehyde glue (exterior glue (WBP), brown glue line).

This is a high-quality structural and decorative material ideal for wall panelling. The surface is stained on one side and sanded on the other side.

Applications: exterior and interior, architectural design, laser cutting, exterior and interior furniture, cabinets, joinery, flooring, wall lining, caravan and campervan walls, decorative and structural applications, staircase, partitions, cheerleading (sprung) floors, refrigeration truck bodies, scaffolding planks, space dividers, DIY and hobby projects.
