Black FPF Fingerprint Free Birch Plywood 1220x2440 mm

Birch Plywood features a unique micro-textured film on one side and a smooth phenolic film on the reverse. Film density 440 GSM.

This innovative product is enhanced with a UV-resistant, matte phenol film hot-pressed onto the surface. The phenol film, made from paper impregnated with phenol resin, is durable and resilient. The UV-resistant film incorporates a unique thermosetting polymer blend with amino resins. In contrast, the melamine film is a modified resin-based material with improved crack and exceptional wear resistance.

Black FPF Fingerprint Free Birch Plywood is structurally robust, weatherproof, and waterproof. It is also resistant to common household chemicals, easy to clean, environmentally friendly, and hygienic.

Applications: It is ideal for van fit-outs, outdoor kitchen cabinets, sheds, commercial vehicle cabinetry, cabinet doors, the transport industry, walls and ceilings, industrial furniture components, shelving systems, table tops, shop fittings, exhibition stands, booths, and advertisement and information boards.
